rtlwifi: rtl8192c: Add init codes for "fw_version" and "fw_subversion".

Browse Source 
The variable "fw_version" is used in the _ResetDigitalProcedure1().
but It is not initialized. so I add init codes for "fw_version" and
"fw_subversion".
