Haojian Zhuang ea27c39617 pinctrl: generic: rename input schmitt disable ...

Rename PIN_CONFIG_INPUT_SCHMITT_DISABLE to
PIN_CONFIG_INPUT_SCHMITT_ENABLE. It's used to make it more generialize.
