Masahiro Yamada 6e7c2b4dd3 scripts/spelling.txt: add "intialise(d)" pattern and fix typo instances ...

Fix typos and add the following to the scripts/spelling.txt:

  intialisation||initialisation
  intialised||initialised
  intialise||initialise

This commit does not intend to change the British spelling itself.
