Samuel Thibault bca828ccdd speakup-dectlk: Restore pitch setting ...

d97a9d7aea ("staging/speakup: Add inflection synth parameter")
introduced the inflection parameter, but happened to drop the pitch
parameter from the dectlk driver. This restores it.
