Shelley Vohr 6f38736d63 build: allow linking shared dependencies in the GN build 
The GN build always compiles the bundled copies of brotli, c-ares,
HdrHistogram, llhttp, libuv, nghttp2, SQLite and zstd, so anyone
packaging a GN-built Node.js for a Linux distribution has no
counterpart to configure's --shared-* options.

Add node_shared_* args named after the GYP variables. When one is set,
that dependency's GN template defines its target as a group carrying a
pkg-config config instead of the bundled sources, so every existing
"deps/<name>" reference picks up the system library without further
changes, and config.gypi reports the choice like a GYP build does.

Junsu Han d8ac30125b deps: cherry-pick e807d4e379 from SQLite 
Backport the SQLite session extension fix for corrupt changesets that
omit old values for primary-key columns. This avoids passing NULL to
sessionBindValue() while applying UPDATE changesets.

Colin Ihrig c61504bda4 sqlite: disable memstatus APIs at build time 
This commit defines SQLITE_DEFAULT_MEMSTATUS=0 for the SQLite
build. This setting disables several currently unused C APIs in
SQLite, which can yield noticeable performance improvements.
This setting is also used by better-sqlite, and is one of the
recommended compile-time options in the SQLite docs.

The disabled APIs are used to report statistics about SQLite's
memory usage. The drawback to this change is that those APIs
could possibly be useful one day.
