TSC is used even on machines when CONFIG_X86_TSC is not set (X86_TSC
means _require_ TSC), but it is not properly disabled when it is
unusable, because ACPI code understood the config switch as "may use
TSC".
This actually fixes suspend problems on my x60.

It causes extra moon icons blinking on x60, and breaks at least two other
systems.
During resume, we do not know that "reboot"/"shutdown" method was used, so
we assume "plaform" and call BIOS, anyway...
This is 2.6.21 material, and should fix 2 or 3 regressions from 2.6.20.

PAE + swsusp results in hard-to-debug crash about 50% of time during
resume. Cause is known, fix needs to be ported from x86-64 (but we can't
make it to 2.6.18, and I'd like this to be worked around in 2.6.18).

We're presently getting oopses because Bluetooth (and possibly other) drivers
are calling core functions after things have been shut down.
So rather than oopsing, let's drop a warning then take avoiding action, so the
machine survives. Once all the sub-drivers are fixed up we can remove the
take-avoiding-action part.

Currently, acpi video options can only be set on kernel command line. That's
little inflexible; I'd like userland s2ram application that just works, and
modifying kernel command line according to whitelist is not fun. It is better
to just allow s2ram application to set video options just before suspend
(according to the whitelist).
This implements sysctl to allow setting suspend video options without reboot.

- Remove unneeded bio_get() which would cause a bio leak
- Writing doesn't dirty pages. Reading dirties pages.
- We should dirty the pages after the IO completion, not before
(Busy-waiting for disk I/O completion isn't very polite.)

Fix swsusp on machines not supporting S4. With recent changes, it is not
possible to trigger it using /sys filesystem. Swsusp does not really need
any support from low-level code, it is possible to reboot or halt at the
end of suspend.

If ACPI sleep is not configured, but someone still wants to run swsusp,

This adds support for powering Zaurus's video up and down. PDA without
screen is kind of useless, so it is quite important... I'll have to figure

If process freezing fails, some processes are frozen, and rest are left in
"were asked to be frozen" state. Thats wrong, we should leave it in some

This adds type-checking to pm_message_t, so that people can't confuse it
with int or u32. It also allows us to fix "disk yoyo" during suspend (disk
spinning down/up/down).
[We've tried that before; since that cpufreq problems were fixed and I've
tried make allyes config and fixed resulting damage.]
