This patch provides the ability to boot using a device tree that is appended
to the raw binary zImage (e.g. cat zImage <filename>.dtb > zImage_w_dtb).

This patch was intended to be part of 7ca2d1a105a239e300b937e9c41a10a4bd08f569
"i2c: Tegra: Add DeviceTree support". However, an early version of that patch,
which was missing a chunk, was applied to next-i2c. This change is that
missing chunk.

using the device tree along with the devices connected to the i2c bus.

This patch adds a new routine, of_get_named_gpio_flags(), which takes the
property name as a parameter rather than assuming "gpios".
of_get_gpio_flags() is modified to call of_get_named_gpio_flags() with "gpios"
as the property parameter.

This patch creates mpc5200b.dtsi containing the information for the MPC5200b
SoC then modifies all of the dts files for MPC5200b based systems to use
mpc5200b.dtsi.

This patch renames nodes in dts fils for MPC5200b files to prepare for
refactoring of these files later. When refactoring it will be easier to verify
the results if the node names aren't changing at the same time.

Pull in recent changes from the main dtc repository. These changes
primarily allow multiple device trees to be declared which are merged
by dtc. This feature allows us to include a basic dts file and then
provide more information for the specific system through the merging
functionality.

This is a driver for the FIFO device on the LocalPlus bus on an mpc5200 system.
The driver supports programmed I/O through the FIFO as well as setting up DMA
via the BestComm engine through the FIFO.

The MDIO bus cannot be accessed at interrupt context, but on an FEC
error, the fec_mpc52xx driver reset function also tries to reset the
PHY. Since the error is detected at IRQ context, and the PHY functions
try to sleep, the kernel ends up panicking.
Resetting the PHY on an FEC error isn't even necessary. This patch
solves the problem by removing the PHY reset entirely.

Reset was failing with the original udelay(50) between the code in
psc_ac97_cold_reset() and the call to psc_ac97_warm_reset(). Through testing
it was found that a delay of 1ms was necessary for the cold_reset code to
consistently complete successfully.
