ARM's v8.2 Extentions add support for Reliability, Availability and
Serviceability (RAS). On CPUs with these extensions system software
can use additional barriers to isolate errors and determine if faults
are pending. Add cpufeature detection.
Platform level RAS support may require additional firmware support.

According to the Intel SDM Volume 3B (253669-063US, July 2017), action
optional (SRAO) errors can be reported either via MCE or CMC:
In cases when SRAO is signaled via CMCI the error signature is
indicated via UC=1, PCC=0, S=0.
Type(*1) UC EN PCC S AR Signaling
---------------------------------------------------------------
UC 1 1 1 x x MCE
SRAR 1 1 0 1 1 MCE
SRAO 1 x(*2) 0 x(*2) 0 MCE/CMC
UCNA 1 x 0 0 0 CMC
CE 0 x x x x CMC
NOTES:
1. SRAR, SRAO and UCNA errors are supported by the processor only
when IA32_MCG_CAP[24] (MCG_SER_P) is set.
2. EN=1, S=1 when signaled via MCE. EN=x, S=0 when signaled via CMC.
And there is a description in 15.6.2 UCR Error Reporting and Logging, for
bit S:
S (Signaling) flag, bit 56 - Indicates (when set) that a machine check
exception was generated for the UCR error reported in this MC bank...
When the S flag in the IA32_MCi_STATUS register is clear, this UCR error
was not signaled via a machine check exception and instead was reported
as a corrected machine check (CMC).
So merge the two cases and just remove the S=0 check for SRAO in
mce_severity().

Today SError is taken using the inv_entry macro that ends up in
bad_mode.
SError can be used by the RAS Extensions to notify either the OS or
firmware of CPU problems, some of which may have been corrected.
To allow this handling to be added, add a do_serror() C function
that just panic()s. Add the entry.S boiler plate to save/restore the
CPU registers and unmask debug exceptions. Future patches may change
do_serror() to return if the SError Interrupt was notification of a
corrected error.

Zhang Liguang reported the following issue:
1) System detects a CMCI storm on the current CPU.
2) Kernel disables the CMCI interrupt on banks owned by the
current CPU and switches to poll mode
3) After the CMCI storm subsides, kernel switches back to
interrupt mode
4) We expect the system to reenable the CMCI interrupt on banks
owned by the current CPU
mce_intel_adjust_timer
|-> cmci_reenable
|-> cmci_discover # owned banks are ignored here
static void cmci_discover(int banks)
...
for (i = 0; i < banks; i++) {
...
if (test_bit(i, owned)) # ownd banks is ignore here
continue;
So convert cmci_storm_disable_banks() to
cmci_toggle_interrupt_mode() which controls whether to enable or
disable CMCI interrupts with its argument.
NB: We cannot clear the owned bit because the banks won't be
polled, otherwise. See:
27f6c573e0 ("x86, CMCI: Add proper detection of end of CMCI storms")
for more info.

This because there is overflow when calculating the cpumask: the
type of (1<<k) is int, while mask[j] is unsigned long. When k > 31,
(1<<k) is truncated to ZERO, resulting in a unexpected cpumask.
