It is only read-from, so make it const. In order to be able to do this,
constify all places where mxc_jpeg_fmt is used, in function arguments,
return values and pointers. On top of that, make the name a pointer to
const char.
On aarch64, this shrinks object code size with 550 bytes with gcc 11.1.0,
and almost 2kB with clang 12.0.0.

The at91_pinctrl_mux_ops struct is never modified by the driver. Make it
const wherever it is possible to allow the compiler to put the static
variables in read-only memory. Note that sam9x60_ops was already const,
but the const was cast away when the return value of of_match_device() was
cast to a pointer to a non-const struct at91_pinctrl_mux_ops.

Constify two static structs which are never modified to allow the

The only usage of norm_params is only read from it in
usbtv_configure_for_norm(). Making it const shrinks the resulting
ko-file with 300 bytes (tested with gcc 10).
The only usage of usbtv_ioctl_ops is to put its address to the ioctl_ops
field in the video_device struct. Making it const moves ~1kb to
read-only memory.

The only usage of these structs is to assign their address to the
iv_gen_ops field in the crypt config struct, which is a pointer to
const. Make them const like the rest of the static crypt_iv_operations
structs. This allows the compiler to put them in read-only memory.

resulting module with ~900 bytes, test-built with gcc 10.2 on x86_64.

The only usage of the ops field in the loopback_cable struct is to call
its members, the field it self is never changed. Make it a pointer to
const. This allows us to constify two static loopback_ops structs to
allow the compiler to put them in read-only memory.

The only usage of the kf_ops field in the rftype struct is to pass
it as argument to __kernfs_create_file(), which accepts a pointer to
const. Make it a pointer to const. This makes it possible to make
rdtgroup_kf_single_ops and kf_mondata_ops const, which allows the
compiler to put them in read-only memory.
