Konrad Dybcio 4a08af2f22 soc: qcom: rpmhpd: Add SA8155P power domains
Add the power domains exposed by RPMh in the Qualcomm SA8155P platform.
Turns out they differ from SM8150.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
