It is not necessary to issue request directly with bypass 'true' in blk_mq_sched_insert_requests and handle the non-issued requests itself. Just set bypass to 'false' and let blk_mq_try_issue_directly handle them totally. Remove the blk_rq_can_direct_dispatch check, because blk_mq_try_issue_directly can handle it well.If request is direct-issued unsuccessfully, insert the reset. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
