Having the timer IRQs duplicated into each vcpu isn't great, and becomes absolutely awful with NV. So let's move these into the per-VM arch_timer_vm_data structure. This simplifies a lot of code, but requires us to introduce a mutex so that we can reason about userspace trying to change an interrupt number while another vcpu is running, something that wasn't really well handled so far. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
