test: fix flaky test-repl

The timeout is insufficient in CI (failures on Raspberry Pi) and I can
reproduce locally (on macOS) with
`tools/test.py -j 96 --repeat 192 test-repl`.

Increase timeout drastically as it only is useful in an error
condition.
