Brian White 5cc0754090 benchmark: remove problematic tls params 
These very small values can cause crashes/exceptions to occur on some
systems because most time is spent in V8 GC or in parts of node core
that are not being tested (e.g. streams).

Brian White 7d0e50dcfe crypto: add crypto.sign() and crypto.verify() 
These methods are added primarily to allow signing and verifying
using Ed25519 and Ed448 keys, which do not support streaming of
input data. However, any key type can be used with these new
APIs, to allow better performance when only signing/verifying
a single chunk.

Brian White 656bb71867 dns: improve callback performance 
It appears that either c-ares no longer calls callbacks synchronously
or we have since explicitly taken care of the scenarios in which
c-ares would call callbacks synchronously (e.g. resolving an IP
address or an empty hostname). Therefore we no longer need to have
machinery in place to handle possible synchronous callback invocation.
This improves performance significantly.

Brian White 8d7ff6dd75 test: improve dns internet test case 
0.0.0.0 is more common than other special ipv4 addresses, so
it is possible that we may not get ENOTFOUND for such addresses.
Instead, this commit uses a less common address that is reserved
for documentation (RFC) use only.

Brian White e32425bfcd module: avoid JSON.stringify() for cache key 
By avoiding JSON.stringify() and simply joining the strings with a
delimiter that does not appear in paths, we can improve cached
require() performance by at least 50%.

Additionally, this commit removes the last source of permanent
function deoptimization (const) for _findPath().
