* It had some minor errors in td/th html tags.
* Make it clear that v5, v0.10, and v0.12 are EOL and unsupported.
We probably don't want people seeing 'LTS' badge next to those
in the current Node.js repo and think that those are still supported.
Not everyone is aware of the nodejs/LTS repo.
This also includes the dates for v5, v0.10 and v0.12 EOL:
- 2016-07-01 for v5
- 2016-11-01 for v0.10
- 2017-01-01 for v0.12
* Make v5/v0.10/v0.12 not bold in CHANGELOG
Make v5, v0.10, v0.12 not bold in the CHANGELOG.md, as bold is said to
be an indication of the most recent actively supported release futher
on the same page.

This makes sure that the first heading in all markdown files is h1.
Only three files needed to be changed to conform:
1. BUILDING.md
2. CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
3. doc/onboarding-extras.md
Also, .remarkrc is updated to include the `first-heading-level: 1`
rule in order to catch similar issues in the future.

Specify the plugin name as 'remark-lint/', as new remark-cli refused to
find it when cwd is different from the directory where node_modules are
put. Trailing slash fixes this, as the plugin name gets treated as a
path, so `require` works on it.
Explicitly specify the list of rules we want to enable, as the new
remark-lint is opt-in and doesn't come with any rules by default.
Reorder the rules alphabetically.

This makes sure that `kNoZeroFill` flag is not accidentally set by
moving the all the flag operations directly inside `createBuffer()`.
It safeguards against logical errors like
https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/6006.
This also ensures that `kNoZeroFill` flag is always restored to 0 using
a try-finally block, as it could be not restored to 0 in cases of failed
or zero-size `Uint8Array` allocation.
It safeguards against errors like
https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/2930.
It also makes the `size > 0` check not needed there.

Remove the reference to net.Socket.verifyPeer().
That was removed in ea540c9 and was missed in the 032f80e.
Refer to the net.Socket instance by the .socket property.
This avoids unneeded confusion.
'.socket' is the variant that is used internally.
Add a markdown link to net.Socket.getPeerCertificate().

This makes `TLSWrap` and `SecureContext` objects collectable by the
incremental gc.
`res = null` destroys the cyclic reference in the `reading` property.
`this.ssl = null` removes the remaining reference to the `TLSWrap`.
`this.ssl._secureContext.context = null` removes the reference to
the `SecureContext` object, even though there might be references
to `this.ssl._secureContext` somewhere.
The `reading` property will now throw an error if accessed after the
socket is closed, but that should not happen.
