The Kconfig symbol depended on MMU but was dropped by the commit
acad3fe650 ("drm/hisilicon: Removed the dependency on the mmu")
because it already had as a dependency ARM64 that already selects MMU.
But later, commit a0f25a6bb3 ("drm/hisilicon/hibmc: Allow to be built
if COMPILE_TEST is enabled") allowed the driver to be built for non-ARM64
when COMPILE_TEST is set but that could lead to unmet direct dependencies
and linking errors.
Prevent a kconfig warning when MMU is not enabled by making
DRM_HISI_HIBMC depend on MMU.

Fix build errors when RADIO_TEA575X=y, VIDEO_BT848=m, and VIDEO_DEV=m.
The build errors occur due to [in drivers/media/Makefile]:
obj-$(CONFIG_VIDEO_DEV) += radio/
so the (would be) builtin tea575x.o is not being built.
This is also due to drivers/media/radio/Kconfig declaring a bool
Kconfig symbol (RADIO_ADAPTERS) that depends on a tristate (VIDEO_DEV),
so when VIDEO_DEV=m, RADIO_ADAPTERS becomes =y, and then the drivers
that depend on RADIO_ADPATERS can be configured as builtin (=y) or
as loadable modules (=m).
Fix this by converting RADIO_ADAPTERS to a tristate symbol instead
of a bool symbol.

Igor noted in [1] that there are quite a few __setup() handling
functions that return incorrect values. Doing this can be harmless, but
it can also cause strings to be added to init's argument or environment

Since __setup() handling and return values are not documented, first add
documentation for that. Also add more documentation for early_param()
handling and return values.
For __setup() functions, returning 0 (not handled) has questionable
value if it is just a malformed option value, as in
rodata=junk
since returning 0 would just cause "rodata=junk" to be added to init's
environment unnecessarily:
Run /sbin/init as init process
with arguments:
/sbin/init
with environment:
HOME=/
TERM=linux
splash=native
rodata=junk
Also, there are no recommendations on whether to print a warning when an
unknown parameter value is seen. I am not addressing that here.

and 'val' and stack_guard_gap are both set to 0 due to the use of

checking for an error.
It appears that having stack_guard_gap == 0 is valid (if unexpected) since
using "stack_guard_gap=0" on the kernel command line does that.

__setup() handlers should return 1 if the command line option is handled
and 0 if not (or maybe never return 0; it just pollutes init's
environment).
The only reason that this particular __setup handler does not pollute
init's environment is that the setup string contains a '.', as in
"cgroup.memory". This causes init/main.c::unknown_boottoption() to
consider it to be an "Unused module parameter" and ignore it. (This is
for parsing of loadable module parameters any time after kernel init.)
Otherwise the string "cgroup.memory=whatever" would be added to init's
environment strings.
Instead of relying on this '.' quirk, just return 1 to indicate that the
boot option has been handled.
